Eligibility Criteria
The item must be in the same condition as you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Starting a Return To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@doniacollection.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that you must return items with prior approval to be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective and damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We're here to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items: You cannot return certain items, including clearance items or custom products like special orders or personalized items. If you have any doubts about your item, feel free to get in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges For a speedy resolution, return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days via your original payment method particular.Remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We cannot assure you that your requests to update the shipping address will be processed promptly. If we shipped your orders to an incorrect or invalid address, we can only reship or replace them once it's returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if we reship your order. Additionally, orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled or refunded while still in transit. Refunds can only be processed after an order is returned to us by the customer.
