Donia Collection ships all orders via UPS. Once we dispatch your orders, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to fulfil orders promptly, but slight delays may occur during peak periods. Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 2-8 business days. Factors like high order volumes and nationwide or global shipping delays (including those caused by COVID-19, holidays, or adverse weather conditions) may impact the estimated delivery date.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you will use to track your package through UPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to display the latest updates.
